Welcome to the Moss Bluff United Methodist Church!
We are a small but growing church.
We are located on Sam Houston Jones Parkway between Sonic and Pizza Hutt in Moss Bluff, just 2 miles north of Lake Charles.
We are growing in worship.
Currently we offer one worship service at 10:00 a.m. It is a vibrant, traditional worship service that incorporates media, a variety of music, and ministry with children. On September 19th we will begin a new schedule on Sunday mornings of 9:00 a.m. Traditional service, 10:00 a.m. Sunday School, & 11:00 a.m. Cross & Flame service. Through offering two distinct options in worship, we are helping more people experience the grace of God.
We are growing in faith.
Whether it is through opportunities for adults like The Workbook of Living Prayer or the Dark Exodus mission study with a woman who escaped the suffering of the Sudan, or through seasonal opportunities for youth like lock-ins and retreats, or through opportunities for children like media-driven Sunday School, Children's Church, & Children's Choir, or through the Biblical preaching of our pastor each week, the people of our church are growing in faith, and you can see this through the love and hospitality that is so evident in our church.
We are growing in mission.
Building on a 53 year legacy of faith expressing itself in love, we are growing the ways our church is in mission in the Moss Bluff community, in our nation, and around the world.
